TMS320F28379D: How to download firmware using SCI boot mode in emulation?

Apologies for the delayed reply.  Not sure how this slipped through the cracks.  First, have you looked at the F28379 Technical Reference Manual.  If not please have a look at section 4.3 Device Boot Modes to see how you configure your device in SCI boot mode.
