The customer uses the routine lab01b in the above two paths and the instructions in the link post to test the KIT.

When using the routine test of path ①, the PWM output of the kit is normal, but the DAC output is wrong.

When using the routine test of path ②, the DAC output of the kit is normal, but the PWM output is wrong.

Does this output meet the expectations of the routine?

As stated in the title, the customer uses the TMDSHVMTRINSPIN kit.

Hello Green, The HW for DRV8312 and hvkit are different and hence wouldn't recommend running DRV8312 code on HVKIT. The graph tool properties need to set right per Instaspsin user guide. Will let Yanming comment on further suggestions.

Yes, the customer has also tried to test with the routines corresponding to hvkit, and the PWM output of the kit is normal, but the DAC output is wrong.

Only the PWMDAC1 and PWMDAC2 are supported on High Voltage kit. The GPIOs connected to the PWMDAC3&4 are not configured as PWM, that are used as ECAP for hall sensor inputs.

Today, the customer reported that when lab01b experiment was carried out with HV kit, LD2 on the control card flickered, but LD2 on the motherboard was always off.

In addition, the outputs of pwmdac1 and pwmdac2 are also wrong. The waveform is as follows from the oscilloscope:

Supplement: the customer used HV kit and lab1b to drive the motor and found that the motor did not rotate, then tested the ABC three-phase voltage with oscilloscope and found that the AB phase voltage was as follows:

Should the AB phase voltage have a phase difference of 120 °?

Hello Deng, which HW platform customer is using - DRV or HVKIT? Per scope plot, the voltage is about 45v and for HVKIT, the recommended supply is 50-350V DC supply. At standstill all phase voltage would look like same and its expected, Hope the variables are set right for the motor to spin. Can we get a screenshot of the CCS expression window?

HW: TMDSHVMTRINSPIN (HVKIT)

The customer tried to supply 60VDC to the motor, but the motor still couldn't rotate.

Moreover, it is observed with oscilloscope that hvkit has PWM output when providing low voltage, but there is no PWM output when providing high voltage.

In addition, the customer found a situation: once the board is connected with high voltage, the PS21765 on the board will output a high level of 3.3V. According to the data manual, it is overcurrent protection. Why is this?
