F28M35H52C: Need Substitute

Hi

We use 1K-2K pcs a year of F28M35H52C1RFPT .

What is a suitable equivalent substitute?

This part has zero stock at distributors and TI has a long lead time.

We will not be able to ship to our customers after September 2022.

Can you help us find a sub, either TI or another manufacturer?

    Doug,

    For this device you can substitute the S or Q suffix(-40 to 125) F28M35H52C1RFS/Q, as those are all temperature upgrades vs the T(-40 to 105). These are the only options as the H52 is the fastest/largest memory of all the F28M35x family.

    Unfortunately those are also out of stock on TI.com, but you could check to see if the lead times are shorter.
