Not sure what you mean by "C2000 XDS510". Are you referring to XDS510PP+ or XDS510USB? In any case, these debug probes are not available to buy since Spectrum Digital shut down some time back. However, you may be able to buy them from sites like eBay.

No, XDS100/XDS200 class debug probes will not work for 2407A.
