C2000-GANG: Gang programmer is broken

Hi,

I have a question.

My customer has problem with the C2000 GANG as below link.

He has three C2000-GANGs with the same HW version.

One works normally, and the other gangs don't work normally.

When I ran the self-test, one passed and two gangs failed.

Also, one wrote to the target board normally, and the other two had an error.

I think the target board has no problem. Because on the same board one works and the other two don't.

I captured screen when error is occurred.

The gang programmer version in use is as follows.

    I can loop in Elprotronic support here, but it will be good to file a request with them as well at support@elprotronic.com so they are aware.

    As you said if one C2000-GANG is connecting then the target is likely good. 

    Would it be possible for customer to only connect 1 device to the C2000-GANG and see if that works/still fails?  I'm also thinking we could swap the external PCB that the C2000-GANG uses to see if the failure follows the GANG or the PCB, but let's wait to see if Elprotronic has some comment.

    Please provide more details to me gregory@elprotronic.com. Email me the self test results from the faulty units. Was these faulty units works before?

    Hi, 

    My customer had a lot of target boards.

    I tested several boards by connecting one to the GANG, but failed.

    And I did the swap test.

    We will contact elprotronic according to your advice.
