I suggest downloading controlSUITE www.ti.com/controlsuite

Under C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support you will find examples for each device family. For 28069 there are the following that run from flash:

C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f2806x\v110\F2806x_examples\cla_adc_fir_flash

C:\ti\controlSUITE\device_support\f2806x\v110\F2806x_examples\flash_f28069
