TMS320F28030 On-chip Flash Program Plugin of CCS3.3

hi!

      I want to download the program in flash of F28030 in CCS3.3, when i open the On-chip Flash Programing Plugin ,i get the error information,it's means:

      "not suport this partID."

     Question :Can i use On-chip Flash Program Plugin of CCS3.3 for picolo F28030?  what should i do ?
