TMS320F280041: How to program DCSM OTP to set boot mode

Hello,

I'd like to lock the boot mode so only boot from flash is available at power up. I see there are OTP registers that can set this as BOOTPIN and BOOTDEF configurations but its not clear how to program the OTP area. Is there some form of guidance document or example code available in support of this?

Hi Bruce,

When you open up CCS --> Tools --> On-chip Flash you will see options to program DCSM OTP locations.

Hello,

When I open up CCS I have no Tools path. I'm running CCS 11.1.0.00011. I tried to expand your graphic to better understand where you went but when its zoomed the resolution is too poor to read the screen. Can you help me understand what you opened and where you went.

Hi Bruce,

Once you connect the CPU / ccxml file and click the Tools tab you will see the option of "On chip Flash".
