Prompt error message

C28xx: Error connecting to the target: (Error -233 @ 0x0) The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken. An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed. The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault. (Emulation package 9.7.0.00213)

Hi,

Has there been a successful connection before and it just now stopped working? Can you please check to make sure that all GND pins and VDD pins have the correct voltages.

How is the ccxml file being setup?

Hi,

Before this happens, the DSP chip and development board can work normally. By measuring, the chip i/o voltage is about 3.3V, and the chip core voltage is about 1.88v. In addition, the configuration of the CCXML file is the same as that of the previous normal work. The specific configuration is shown in the figure.
