Hello,
customer wants to write the DCSM OTP during boot process with the FlashAPI. He used the Fapi_issueProgrammingCommand (address 0x78028, 8 Byte) but it didn't work. Why?
He can use the .asm and .cmd file from Sysconfig because each device has to get an own password because of security reasons!

Further question:

Why do the two linker pointers values need to be programmed together (see attachmend). He only wants to use Linkerpointer1. He also want to program the header so that nothing can be changed. How can you program 1 bits?

Hi,

DCSM OTP can be programmed using the flash API. However, please note that all the 128-bits (aligned on a 128-bit boundary) should be programmed at once.

What error did the customer get when he tried to program the OTP?

Hi Holger,

Since the code is reviewed offline and concluded that the passwords are programmed in flash API scenario (vs not in the tool case), I am closing this post here.
