TMDSCNCD28335: not able to connect in external mode

i have attached screenshort of congfiguration setting used and error. please tell me what process of connecting my f28335 control card in external mode using simulink?

there are two SW1(one switch) and SW2(four switches) . is there any specific switch configuration for external mode ?

my problem has not been resolved.

Matlab team suggested one thing but it didn"t work and contacted them back about this but they are not responding. Could you please help me out?

It is better to follow up on MathWorks forum. It is their product, and we do not the in-house resource to support it.
