Hello
We use the C2000-Gang for many years.
Last week, I tried to erase/Load new image
But I get a problem.
Each time I Try to "Save To Image" to put .S19 into the Gang programmer, All seems ok into the GangProgrammer PC software, but on gang LCD, it is display "Image 01 (Err!)"
After that, there is some strange image name (see image 12)
Now, I made erase on all image, but name always appears into the list on PC software.
On the Gang, all image are empty.
I try to flash the gang firmware again hopping all will be reset. But no..
Before try to set a new image, the gang began to not work properly and get error number 23 (or maybe 27 I'm not sure now)
Please can I have some help?
Regard

Yes,
I contacted them, but not response today.
Since I found a solution, I update firmware with a new one (BEfore: v01.01....., now v01.07....)
After that, I'ma able to erase and program image.
But before, I can flasg TMS320F28377 and 28379 with the same image. Now, with the new firmware, THe Gang get errorbecause target is bad.
The 377 and 379 are very similar. It is damagable for us to set two differente image into gang according the target (377 / 379...) :-(
I'm trying to reverse firmware to the original (v01.01...) but I not found it now!...
Hi,
Ok. Let us know if you have any specific question for us.
Thanks and regards,
Vamsi
Yes I have.
The question is: Can we disable the µP check on the Gang?
With older firmware version, we can flash both 28377 and 28379 with the same image. Now, with the new firmware, we can't.
Regards
Can you email me firmware you used for two MCUS? We will check what is the difference.
