TMS320F28388D: Difference between TMS320F28384D, TMS320F28386D and TMS320F28388D

I would like to know the difference between these version of C2000 microcontroller.

I found out that the TMS320F28388D does not have functional safety.

Apart from this, what are the other differences between these version.

We are trying to choose a processor with following features: EtherCAT, Functional Safety and Connectivity manager.

EtherCAT is only available on the F28388D and F28388S configurations. All include Connectivity Manager and Functional Safety.

For F2838x we are finalizing the safety manual and device certification later this year.

The Software Diagnostics Library is already in C2000Ware

The Safety Package is in Beta available under NDA through local sales.

Thanks Hareesh and ChrisClearman for pointing me to the resources. When I look at the F28388D on the website, it is not Functional safety compliant.

ChrisClearman with certification later this year, this processor will also be Functional safety compliant?
