the configuration seems to be correct.

when you connect (connect without gel file) via CCS where is the program counter.

You said the configuration looks correct, but the customer's board does not boot properly. So I'd like to know if there's any other possible reason why this doesn't boot properly.

couple of possibilities

1. Some failure in boot rom execution. We can read the boot status at 0x2 and decode to understand better

2. it booted properly but due to some exception in application it reached exception handler.

if possible customer can connect to the device using CCS and share the program counter location. This will help to get more clarity.

I checked it with my cusotmer.

When they set it to 0pin boot, they found that the program was stopped at the following points:

This is the code inside cbrom_handle_nmi () in "cpubrom_interrupts.c".

Do you know why this code is executed?

I checked their error flag.

The device seems to get a FLASH ECC error at 0x7800C.

The address 0x7800C is DCSM_OTP_Z1_GPREG. Do you know why this ECC error is output?

My customer has misconfigured BOOTDEFx.

They cleared the problem by modifying the BOOTDEFx setting.
