TMS320F280037C: User configurable OTP Bank 1, Uniflash can't read

Hi,

I am working with the TMS320F280037C device and I try to read the User configurable OTP Bank 1(0x78400 - 0x787FF) using Uniflash(Version: 7.1.0.3796) and XDS200USB debugger. From the datasheet it seems, that this locations can be programmed/readed as a normal part of flash. But when I try to read this locations I am not able to do it. The addresses from the 0x78400 to 0x787FF is marked as "????", what means that they are inaccessible:

Is there error in Uniflash or this device doesn't have this OTP(however datasheet say that OTP Bank 1 is implemented)?

I agree with you - it should be available for read. Are you able to read it fine via CCS memory window?

No. Also the CCS( Version: 11.1.0.00011 ) is not able to read the User OTP Bank 1 region starts at 0x48400. See the picture below:

Any ideas?

Maybe it is a bug in the gel file. Let me check my installation files and confirm by early next week.

I confirm that it is because of the gel files.

0x78400 memory is not defined in the gel files.

Let me know if the attached gel file works for you.
