TMS320F28235-Q1: RAM data lost or changed

Part Number: TMS320F28235-Q1

Hi,

Just one doubt, in which case, can RAM data be changed or lost?

We are facing some cases, which shows that, the only root cause could come from changed RAM data. And the RAM addree are in the first 4KW of RAM memory map, that's L0 from 0x8000~0x9000.

During that time, there's no CPU reset. Other RAM data are right.

Thanks a lot.
