Hi,

When I flash that using CCS the code works and starts functioning.

But when we remove the supply and then reconnect it the execution stops. I have attached the image below of the schematic.

    I presume your code works fine from flash right after you program it through CCS, but does not when attempting to run code without the JTAG connector.  If so, there are two things to check: 

    1. Boot-mode-select pins
    2. Whether there are any initialized constants in RAM. This has been discussed numerous times on the forum. See this post.

    The schematics you sent is not clear.
