volt dip on piccolo controlstick 28027

I tested on piccolo controlstick, 28027. Run example "adc_soc" and find there is a volt dip of about 100mv while sampling.

I checked the schematic of this demo board and find that there is no capacitor or resistor connected to ADC pin.

On another board,  a 0k1 resister and 20pF cap is added to same ADC pin to filter noise.

But the volt dip still exists. Is this normal? Please help to advise. Thanks a lot.
