The HRCAP calibration routine uses one channel, However, we would like to use all 4 channels.
Is this calibration only for compensating against temperature variations ?
Could we do this with the internal temperature sensor instead ?
Is there an upcoming MCU with 4 HRCAP channels ?

No. F283xD has two HRCAP channels
