    Hi Marvin,

    Typically, these diagrams are created using the Visio software, which TI has a dedicated in-house template for. A customer can use either Visio or a Visio-alternative to create these kinds of diagrams, and I believe there are typically templates provided by the software manufacturer for timing diagrams.
