Project cant find c2000 module even though it is installed and I am able to build example projects with it

Hi there the title pretty much says it all this is the error I am getting even after having the module installed.

I understand this might not be all the info yall need to help me but please let me know what else I can provide.

Currently this is the error being presented in my project.

Buildfile generation error occurred..
Product c2000ware_software_package v3.4.0.00 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available. Please install this product or a compatible version.

Hi,

Are you importing example project from C2000Ware SDK or you are creating a new project?

Please go tp C2000 Academy. We have a module which walks through the steps to create a new project on CCS.

Its a new project and the c200ware version is in the correct location I have confirmed this in the project properties

Will it be possible to share the project so that I can take a look at it?

Or, I will suggest, import empty_project for the device, as per the instruction mentioned in the link gave earlier and compare the project settings.
