TMS320F280023C: SGEN library compatibility issue

Hi there,

I am using TMS320F280023C and i want to generate 3 phase sine wave. I have referred SGEN library and tried to integrate with the code. But it is showing error '#16000: object files have incompatible formats'.

The code i was using was in ELF format and SGEN library is in COFF format, i guess. Please suggest how can we move forward, is it possible to convert SGEN library in ELF format.

Dhaval,

The expert in this area is on timebank and they will get back to you when they're back. In the meantime, have you tried compiling the library? You can import it into ccs, change the object file format to eabi.

I am not able to compile the library file in ELF format, can you provide steps or any guide if it is available?

Dhaval,

Import from <c2000ware>libraries\dsp\SGEN\c28\ccs\
Go to properties -> general -> output format, change to EABI. Build.
Any issues?

Thanks for you quick reply. We able to compile library in ELF format and build the project successfully. Also, i need to change the name of the function.
