Did you connect the MCU in CCS and update the boot mode. ?

You can refer the instructions provided at <C2000WareInstallDir>\utilities\flash_programmers\usb_flash_programmer\contents.txt file.

First of all, thank you for your guidance.
I followed the instructions in the contents.txt file, wrote 0xc5a to boot select address 0xc00 and reset the main chip,

but when I operate the usb_flash_programmer.exe software again, I still can't get the computer to recognize the USB device effectively.
I currently use the command contains:
usb_flash_programmer.exe -l

usb_flash_programmer.exe Loader_Test_Converted.dat

usb_flash_programmer.exe F2837xD_usb_flash_kernels_cpu01.dat blinky_cpu01.dat

But none of the recognition results appear.
Is it because of my improper procedure or do I need to perform other operations to achieve the expected result.

Not sure what could be the problem. I have tried it on the Control card. Will try running on a Launchpad and keep you posted.

I tried it out on the Launchpad and am facing the same issue.  

Will have to check if there is any difference in the schematic between Control Card and Launchpad w.r.t USB which is causing this issue.

If I try usb_flash_programmer with the F28388D control card instead, what do I need to change if I change the USB pin configuration and the boot rom address in the CMD file, and can the 2837xD driver continue to be used?

You can continue to use the same . I think the USB pins are not brought out on the Launchpad.
