That ControlSUITE solution should work, but I think you'd be better off using the updated solution available in the C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK.

I used this TI solution. My software settings are as follows.

I did what perform in this document step by step. However, the motor is not working in 'Torque' mode.

I observed values in CCS are as follows.

DC bus voltage is 40V.

I connected an isolated 15-V DC power supply to [M3]-JP1 and [M9]-JP1. And the switchs [M3]-SW1 and [M9]-SW1 are 'Int' position. I am also using the following structure for 'DC link'.

You confirmed that open loop control works in build #2 along with QEP position feedback working properly? SpeedRef and measured speed (speed1.Speed) are practically equivalent?

It doesn't look like your IqRef value is right, guide says to set to ~0.03 in build #3.
