Is there any interrupt enabled in the application that can occur in between the two functions?

Assuming no interrupts, the command Fapi_ClearMore should not take more than 10 cycles and the FSM should be ready after that (cycles to execute these functions should cover these 10 cycles).

What drove you to ask this question?  Please provide more details.

I got the feedback.

Plans to use disabling interrupt.

The reason of qestion is to consider which option is better.

(1) Wait in a busy loop until the result of the Fapi_ClearMore command becomes Fapi_Status_FsmReady within one cycle of the periodic task.

(2) Checking if the result of FsmForReady is Fapi_Status_FsmReady in each cycle of the task.

I think option (2) is better even if time is too short.

So, "busy loop" make some issue. at real time process.

Anyway, I want to get your comment.

Hi  Koro-san,

I would suggest to wait in a loop.  If needed, they can exit the loop with a timeout.

Since they plan to disable interrupts, you can check the cycle count using CCS profiler and add some buffer for timeout.
