TMS320F280049: Service Life

The standard TI device lifetime is for 100,000 power on hours at 105C.  If the operational temperature is greater than 105C, then the lifetime will decrease.  Please see this app note for more information: https://www.ti.com/lit/sprabx4

Flash endurance is found in the datasheet, I've C/P the table below.
