Dear team:

My customer made a development board by referring to the EtherCAT part of the official controlCARD. 

During the test, it was found that TwinCAT could recognize the device, but the product code of CM4 was incorrect.

The board is connected to TwinCAT for the first time, and no XML file has been loaded in EEPROM.

What are the possible reasons for this?

    I believe it will be incorrect until you program the EEPROM. The TwinCAT master reads the data out of the ESI EEPROM at start-up.
