TMS320F28388D: About F28388 EtherCAT status display error problem

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

Excuse me, F28388+KSZ8081 implements EtherCAT and can communicate normally. As shown in the figure, it is in the OP state, but the TwinCAT interface shows that the state of port 0 shows that it is not connected. Why?
