TMS320F28033: TMS320F28033 is not

It should be supported, but it is not listed in the image you shared. I do not have CCS 3.3 setup with me. Let me dig it and get back to you by tomorrow.

Is this new CCS 3.3 installation or it was working before? You may have re-run CCS 3.3 installer again to add the support of the device. I have added Hareesh in the thread for further help.

     The entire tool chain for CCSv3.3 is now obsolete. Newer versions (Eclipse-based) of CCS like 11.x are free to download and debug probes like XDS200 are a lot cheaper than the older XDS510 probes (which are very expensive and not available to buy). Is upgrading to the newer tools an option for the customer? If this is not an option, you may be able to create a board file using the custom boards option.
