LAUNCHXL-F28379D: FCL - Technical Background

Hello experts,

I am currently trying to implement the FCL. I don't understand what exactly is going on in the FCL_runPICtrlWrap() subroutine. It is impossible for me to understand the mathematical and physical relationships here. Can someone explain to me or recommend me some documentations?
