TMS320F280025: Applications issues.

Reed

Used the F280025 chip, the XRSN pin will periodically output low level after the after being powered on, with an interval of 14ns.

Please help to see what went wrong.

If your boot mode is set to Flash boot and device is not programmed then BOOT code will issue reset. Can you check if that is the case.

1. The current mode is FLASH BOOT, and no program.

2. I have not welded crystal oscillator now, so should the 1M resistance be welded?

In this case BOOTROM will issue the reset using WD hence you are seeing toggle on XRSn pin.
