TMS320F280025C: Can't erase sector 3 from Flash, Fapi_EraseSector

Part Number: TMS320F280025C

Hey,
I'm looping through the suggested way of erasing the Flash storage.
When I dump the memory everything is set to 0xFF expect the third sector.
Is there a different protection for that sector I'm forgetting
