I have a question on the Design Guide TIDM-1000 of Vienna Rectifier-Based, Three-Phase Power Factor Correction (PFC) Reference Design Using C2000 MCU.
Specifically it is on the switching power device.
TIDM-1000 uses the 650V power MOSFET of IPP65R190C7FKSA1 as the switching device for the 2.4 kW output power.
We are planning to develop a Vienna Rectifier which has the output power of 15 kW.
Therefore we are going to use the high speed IGBT of IKW75N65EH5 instead of the power MOSFET IPP65R190C7FKSA1 as the switching power device.
In this case, I am wondering if I can use the PWM gate driver circuit of TIDM-1000 for this purpose without any modification.
