TMS320F280049C: Load capacitance of external crystal

Hi,

I have a small question about the discription of load capacitance of external crystal for F280049C's.

1. It limits the CL for the crystal, so I can't use the crystal with the CL outrange of 12~24pF? The same question with ESR.

2. CL1 and CL2 means the single capacitor which connected with X1 and X2?

Usually ,the crystal manufacture only defines the load capacitance, not CL1/CL2.

So for the example of Abracon's crystal with 10pF load capacitance , I can set with CL1and CL2=15pF, plus Cic+△C = 2.5pF,Which make the load capacitance nearly 10pF.

Am I right?
