C2000WARE: can't install

Haven't seen this issue reported so far.   Can you provide more details  - Does this happen only with Windows 11 version? 

Can you request the customer to try out on other machine?

There was no problem with other machines with Windows 11. 

The reason why I recently did the format was because of the BSoD and freeze. 

I don't know if there was any problem because I didn't proceed with the installation before formatting. 

I would appreciate it if you let me know if there is anything else I need to check.

Its going to be difficult to narrow down on the cause of this issue if it happens on only one machine. 

You can request to check the registry to see if there are any entries for C2000Ware. If so, he can delete them and try installing again.

My customer is trying your response.

Most of the registry related to c2000 were deleted through the search. 

There were four registries that could not be deleted.

I tried to install C2000ware again, but the result didn't change. 

I tried to find other installation files for similar results, but it seems that only C2000ware occurs. 

I thought it was a compatibility issue, so I set it up and proceeded, but the problem remains. 

Of course, administrator privileges do not work.

Don't have any other suggestions on this right now. Not sure what could be causing this.
