You should use taylor series expansion. use matlab to simulate it and implement in CCS. no standard cubit root library.

  •  If said that I can not  calculate a variable's cube root through matlab,I must change to the CCS3.3 develope environment?

If I can calculate the cube root using the C++ method?

No, I mean you have to find out a numerical method which can be implemented in C (these codes are everywhere). then u can implement in CCS either 3 or 4. Or you can port it to assembly.
