TMS320F28069M: Insta-SPIN; 2004 Error for estimate Inertia with Lab12 a

Hello Dear,

I am using micro controller TMS320f28069M and CCS V11 for Instaspin Motion control.

I have setup of PMSM Motor(Rated - 200 Hz,3000 rpm, 1.1A, 3phase 75 V) With US DIgital's Encoder E5-5000. This setup is Drive with,TMS320C2000.

With Lab12a I am getting error 2004. I try to go with minimum speed and max torque with decreasing "VelIdTorqueRampTime_sec" Variable .

but I have still 2004 Error and the motor is not spinning. here I attached two image one with error 2004 and an other one is Motor User Parameter.

I try lab 5 and it's working fine and the encoder is also working fine. Now, What should I do to remove my error 2004.

Also one more thing while debug the lab12a , kp_spd and ki_spd are zero (0). It's didn't change, you can see in the image that I attached.

Please take a look at the InstaSPIN lab user's guide, and follow the guide to run the related labs.

1. Run the lab02b/lab02c to identify the motor parameters, and set the correct motor parameters for running the following labs.

2. Make sure that the number of the encoder lines is correct, and the physical connections are done correctly for both encoder and motor.

Don't add any load on the motor when identify the motor parameters in lab02b and lab12a.

Thanks for the response Luo,

1) Whatever you see the motor parameter is already after performing lab 2b.

2)The motor encoder physical connection is verified already. We check on uC pins (GPIOs) and it's perfect.

than also we have the 2004 error on performing lab 12a.

How do you check this? Are the physical connections correct? The lab reported the "2004" error immediately when you try to start the motor, or after the motor rotated several circles?

Do you try to adjust the configuration parameters like the target speed, and then repeat the operation again?
