TMS320F280049C: Design help with FT2232HL

Part Number: TMS320F280049C

Hi Team,

A customer created a custom board using TMS320F280049C control card as a reference, however, the end product is not recognized by the PC. They have installed CDM212364_Setup for FT2232HL but it doesn't work.
Is there other configuration needed for this to work? I have attached the schematic below for reference.
