TMS320F280039C: build project cannot generate CLB.VCD file

Hi team,

Here're 2 questions from the customer may need your help:

CCS version: 11.1.0.00011 

SDK: C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK_4_00_00_00_setup

Imported routine: pto_abs2qep_libproj project in C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_MotorControl_SDK_4_00_00_00\libraries\position_sensing\pto\ccs\f28003x.

TDM: tdm64-gcc-5.1.0-2

Issue: after importing the project, the build generates SVG files and html files, but no VCD file. Importing a CLB routine under C2000Ware_4_01_00_00_setup in the same workspace generates the CLB.VCD file normally. 

Could you help check this case? Thanks.
