   Emulator reset is also done.  Target is also connected to the CCS properly.

While loading the program only it showing error.

Sheik,

It looks like you are using CCS V3?  If so you have to use the flash programmer to load into flash.  Please see slide 15 of this presentation: http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprb169.

One advantage of CCS 4 is it will invoke the programmer automatically for you when you try to "load" to flash.

Sorry I just realized that memory address is outside of flash.  I suggest checking to see if the code security module locked?  This memory block is protected by the CSM  - if it is locked then the CSM will block writing to this memory range.

Try unlocking it using the password match flow by the method described in the CSM section of the System Control and Interrupts Reference Guide for the 281x. This can easily be utilized from the device GEL file within CCS by selecting GEL -> Code Security Module -> Unlock_CSM().

                            I think CSM is associated to Flash memory. But they try to load the out file in RAM.

   If CSM get locked, is it possbile to work with RAM,

And do you think CSM cause this.

CSM protects flash, OTP and some RAM regions like L0 RAM.  This is why I asked to check the CSM.
