Hello Dear,
We are give AC input to the circuit and connected nothing with it, also boost PFC also by passed. But the Bridge DC Bus output is increase very slowly Is it normal ? or something fault in the circuit.

How long does the dc bus on BS1 increase the normal rectification voltage value? Or the voltage on BS1 is always far lower than the normal rectification voltage of the AC input?
You should know there is a NTC on the AC input line that is used to limit the charge current into the bulk capacitor, so the dc bus voltage on BS1 will increase slowly to the normal rectification voltage of the AC input.
The fuse was partially damaged. I replaced it and now it's working fine
