Extra Pin-outs from F28027 controlSTICK

I have purchased the F28027 controlSTICK for buck converter control. All the pins of the controlSTICK go into the connector of the buck converter. I would like to retrieve data from the SPI of the F28027 controlSTICK. Can someone tell me how this can be done ? Is a hardware setup possible, such that the SPI's o/p can be retrieved from another point on the PCB, other than the pin itself.
