It would greatly simplify the design we are currently working on, if the analog power on VDD1A18, VDD2A18, VDDA2 and VDDAIO pins could be temporarily switched off when we are not using ADC, together with the analog circuits which it is connected to.
However, the documentation says: "It is recommended to keep the connections for the analog power pins, even if the ADC is not used." Is this just a recommendation, or a requirement? Would such a temporary analog power switch-off be harmful or disrupt the operation of TMS320F28335 in any way?
I would be grateful for any information.
