Control Suite Schematic file format?

It appears as though I can read this Schematic file with ease.

C:\TI\controlSUITE\development_kits\HVMotorCtrl+PfcKit_v1.6\~HVMotorCtrl+PFC-HWdevPkg\HVMotorCtrl+PFCKit-R5\Macros-Used[R5]\Inverter3Ph-HV-3shunt[R3].sch

This never happens for me.  Is this some sort of open standard? What format is it in?

    I believe these are from Express PCB http://www.expresspcb.com/
