PROBLEM DEFINITION:
1. Using CCS to load code to LAUNCHXL_F280039 and could run the program from FLASH.
2. Now, I designed a uC board using 80 PIN TMS320F280039 processor.
3. Used LAUNCHXL_F280039, TMS and TCK in cJTAG mode and loaded the same code to the designed uC board in (2).
4. Looks like the code is running from RAM, NOT from FLASH. This is because I could see PWM signal issued by uC after CODE is loaded, however got vanished after POWER RESET.
