I did not find the interface cable to use the Auxiliary Debug Interface on the TMDSEMU110-U. In addition, in the pin mapping, there were no TMS/TCK/TDO/TDI signals, so how to use for JTAG and CJTAG function? Thank you.

The cable should be included in the kit.

JTAG is not supported on the AUX port. The supported features are described in the XDS110 debug probe user guide.
