TMS320C2802: DESIGN HELP

Part Number: TMS320C2802

Hi Team,

I have some design problems. I hope you can help me

1. Static startup problem

Will force angle USER_ FORCE_ ANGLE_ FREQ_ Hz set to 1HZ, official guide document starts the first current waveform

The cycle should be close to 1HZ, as shown in Figure 1 of the official guidance document below. But my first current waveform

Cycle is not 1S, only more than 500 ms, and hardware adjustment will take phase voltage while software and motor are unchanged

Sample signal is added to Figure 3 and Level 3 on the basis of Figure 2 (because the single chip computer is inserted in a single pair of boards)

Filter, the fan can not start directly. Change the resistance of Figure 3 to 3.3 ohm and the capacitance to 100nF for the fan to run

Get up, after this adjustment, the first current waveform will be different for different fans, some more than 500 ms, some only

Over 200 ms, 200 ms fans sometimes start directly because the open-loop frequency is too fast.

What could be the reason? Which parameters are related to the period of the first phase current waveform? We will remove the following

The clamp diode test in Figure 3 verifies the effect.

2. Headwind start problem

Sometimes when problems arise against the wind, the resistance inductance can be deliberately multiplied by a factor, such as 0.8. This may be possible

What's the reason? Is there any other hidden danger in this change? Resistance Inductance Parameters On-line identification before recording in Soft

Used in the software, only the resistance inductance is measured during debugging, and the test is written to death in the software.

Best Regard,

James

  • Depeng/James,

Can you give the exact TI design/kit that is in use here, the C2802 is an older device that while still in active production has not been updated in some time.

It will help to know as much about the end application as possible to get this assigned correctly.

    Best,

    Matthew
