In sysconfig i am setting up a gpio to be high as its initial state and also generating pwms at two other gpios may i know whats the priority of the execution amongst the two? is it the former or latter first?

What do you mean by this?

In the epwm lab, we have only one GPIO and it is getting toggled in ADC ISR.
