TMS320F280039C: Cannot load program from flash

Hello, I have 9 total boards with the same MCU and same project on them. 7 of the 9 boards load the program perfectly from flash once loaded with the XDS110. 

One of the boards fully downloads but then I see this: 

The other boards loads the program from flash and starts up and reboots - when downloading it says this: 

and then also this

Any idea what is going on here? Not sure why the same project would work on 7 other boards but not these 2.

    Hi Derek,

    Thanks for your question. Do the other 2 boards have any switches that are different? Or are all the boards identical in their switch configuration.

    Also, could you check what are the voltage needs for these 2 boards by using Wait boot mode?

    If there is a power supply involved, the Vdd pins could be supplying the incorrect voltage, and it may not match the voltage required by the internal regulator. 

    Let me know if this changes the situation.
