TMS320F28377D: Cannot erase Flash with UniFlash 8.0 or CCS 11

We have build a board based on TMS320F28377D.

I could program once the internal Flash with Code Composer Studio, but could not erase/reprogramme it!

I can read memory content with UniFlash and a XDS2xx USB debug probe, but when I try to write or erase the internal Flash I've got following error messages:

[ERROR] C28xx_CPU1: Error initializing flash programming: Interface returned from dll, but flash is not available on this device.
[INFO] C28xx_CPU2: GEL Output: Memory Map Initialization Complete
[ERROR] C28xx_CPU2: Error initializing flash programming: Interface returned from dll, but flash is not available on this device.

What is going wrong here?
